DUBLIN 2001 - 2004
OVERVIEW
Fifth Ave. was a Dublin-based pop band which was active at the start of the 2000s. The group came together in 2001 with a line up of Beverley O'Sullivan, Terry Gaynor, Mark Walton, Jessica Molloy and Danny Cummins. Mark had earlier been chosen as a member of Boyzone and had performed with the short-lived band Only Us.

Before the end of 2001, the band had released two singles 'Spanish Eyes' and 'Party All Night'. The band's third single 'Sometimes When We Touch' was released the following year. 2003 was an important year for the band which heralded the release of 'A Different Life', the band's debut album. The band released a further couple of singles before splitting in 2004.

Beverley O'Sullivan would later perform with The Love Band. She also contributed vocals on the track 'Through The Light' and 'Don't Look Back' on John O'Callaghan's 2009 album 'Never Fade Away'. Tragically, Beverley was killed in a car crash later than year. She had been holidaying in the Bharatpur region of India when the accident happened.
