OVERVIEW
Willie Cleary was a short-lived rock outfit. The band featured Gavin Cowley [Vocals & Guitar], Mark Hayes [Drums] and Pip Moore [Bass Guitar]. While there are no known releases from the band, Willie Cleary 666 had a unique live show with the members appearing on stage in David Bowie masks. Willie Cleary 666 underwent a name change to Fomblin towards the end of their time together. As Fomblin, the band contributed the track 'Rocky Robaldo' to the 'Rock Music' compilation on Distort The Scene Records.

Pip Moore went on to perform with The Dudley Corporation. Gavin subsequently played with Boxes, The Kites and Glimmermen.
