OVERVIEW Track Dogs is a Madrid-based four piece band. Prior to 2011, the quartet had been known as the Garrett Wall Band. Howard Brown [Trumpet & Vocals], Robbie K. Jones [Cajón] and Dave Mooney [Bass Guitar & Double Bass] had served as the backing band for Garrett Wall. Wall had released 4 albums as a solo artist before the Garrett Wall Band was formed in 2006. This newly named outfit went on to release two albums - 'Sky Pointing' in 2007 and 'Hands & Imperfections' in 2009. At the start of 2011, it was decided to rebrand the group to Track Dogs. This was large in recognition of the fact that 4 individuals had developed into a proper group rather than a singer and his backing band. In February of that year, they release 'Move A Mountain'. This single served as an appetiser to the band's debut album which was released in July 2011. 2011 - Garret Wall Band is renamed Track Dogs - Release of 'Move A Mountain' single [01 February] - Release of 'Track Dogs' album [08 July] - Release of 'Find My Second Home' single along with Chema Lara [15 November] - Release of 'How Christmas Was Meant To Be' single [21 November] 2012 - Release of 'Show Me The Sun' EP [14 April] - Release of the deluxe edition of 'Track Dogs' album [25 May] 2013 - Release of 'Dust Devil' EP [29 January] |
