Midge Ure
Guitar [1979 - 1980]

Midge Ure joined Thin Lizzy in 1979 to replace Gary Moore who had left during the US tour. He subsequently left the band and joined Ultravox who went onto some success of their own. Midge Ure was also responsible for co-writing 'Do They Know It's Christmas?' with Bob Geldof.
