DUBLIN 2009 -
OVERVIEW
Tarantella Fall is a four piece alternative rock band from Dublin. The group was formed in November 2009 with the various members having previously played together in different bands. The line up includes Chris Kinsella [Vocals], Ronan O'Donovan [Guitar & Harmonica], Graham Keogh [Bass Guitar] and Neville Foster [Drums]. Ronan, Graham and Neville had all performed together as part of The Kerbs while Ronan also played with Chris as part of the alternative blues band, Johnny One Ball & The Castratos.

A lot of the early material from the band, which would go on to make up the debut album 'Abandoned Road', was written by Ronan while he was still performing with The Kerbs. However, the darker undertones of the material did not suit that outfit. Enter gravelly-voiced Chris Kinsella and O'Donovan had the perfect vehicle to convey his material. Work on the album started in 2010 with the album being released in March 2011. The album recounts the story of John Wilmore, an American criminal.

The band released a debut EP. 'Junk' in July of the same year. The EP took the lead track from the debut also and also included remixes and demos etc.
