OVERVIEW Sumu was formed in February 2004 by guitarist and vocalist Niwel Tsumbu, drummer Feargeal Lee and Rik Appleby, a bass guitarist from the UK. The band's number was completed by the addition of Ciara O'Driscoll [Vocals], Chris Percival [Guitar] and Christy Collard [Percussion]. The band play a mixture of styles from jazz, blues, folk and rock through to funk, reggae and salsa. 2007 saw the release of their debut album 'Where Is The Love?' on Offbeat Records. 2004 - Band formed [February] 2007 - Release of 'Where Is The Love?' album
