OVERVIEW The Subtitles was a garage punk-rock band from Derry. The group came together in August 2003 with a lineup of Shaun Heaney [Vocals], Raymond Mcdermott [Guitar], Bryan Brinkley [Bass Guitar], Gavin McCartney [Guitar] and Rion McMcCartney [Drums]. The band opened its live account with a pretigious support slot to The Undertones at the Glasgowbu Festival. It's unknown if the band released and material itself. However, it did contribute one track, 'Deliverance' to the 'Belfest 2005' compilation. After the band split, Gavin and Rion went on to perform with Here Comes The Landed Gentry. 2003 - Ban formed [August] 2005 - The Subtitles contribute 'Deliverance' to the 'Belfest 2005 compilation.
