During the late 1980s and early 1990s, The Stunning became one of the most popular bands on the Irish live circuit. However, the band failed to make a huge impression outside of their homeland. |

Carl Harms [Programming], Rory Doyle [Drums] After the split of The Stunning, Steve and Joe Wall went on to write and record material. Their efforts caught the attention of Columbia Records. The band relocated to London to start recording. As time went by, the relationship with the record company became increasingly strained and the brothers decided to sever their links with the record company. The band recruited Carl Harms, a Liverpool-born musican and programmer and returned to Dublin in 1998. Rory Doyle was added on drums and The Walls were born. |
