OVERVIEW Storyfold are a rock band based in Dublin. Paddy McKenna met multi-instrumentalist Lindsey Hogan and they decided to make music together. Within the group, she decided to focus on the Piano although she is also an accomplished drummer. Jim McGourty [Bass Guitar] and Sean McDonnell [Drums] were recruited in order to complete the line up. The quartet originally traded under the Run Kid moniker, however, by early 2010 they had become Storyfold. The group was now ready to announce itself to the world. This announcement came in the form of the debut single. 'Delphine Wakes' which was released in March 2010. In September of that year, Michael Fortune [ex-The Whiskey Limbs] joined the band on lead guitar. Storyfold returned to the scene in 2014. The band released 'The Underpass' EP in April, followed by further singles 'Dynamo' in June and 'The Lost And The Lonely' in August. The group's sophamore album, 'It's Later Than You Think' followed in September. 2009 - Band formed (originally as Run Kid) [March] 2010 - Band change name from Run Kid to Storyfold [January] - Release of 'Delphine Wakes' single [25 March] - Release of 'Behind Closed Doors' single [23 July] - Michael Fortune joins the band on lead guitar.
