1976 - The Starjets were formed by Terry Sharpe, Paul Bowen, Sean Martin and Liam L'Estrange. Paul, Sean and Liam had previously played together in Spikes. 1977 - In November 1977, the band decided to relocate to London. - After extensive gigging around London, the band were signed to Epic records. 1978 - The band released their debut single, 'Here She Comes Again' 1979 - Release of 'It Really Doesn't Matter' - Release of 'Run With The Past' - Release of 'Ten Years' - The band toured the UK with The Tubes and Stiff Little Fingers 1980 - Release of The Starjets final single, 'Shiraleo' - Paul Bowen leaves the Band - The band cease to use 'The Starjets' name - The remaining members recruit Pat Gribben and change their name to Tango Brigade |
