OVERVIEW

The Sneakies was a Cork-based group which was active from about 2003 to 2005. They may also have been known as The Sneaky Milkmen. The original line up featured Cian Corbett [Keyboards & Vocals], Antóin Corbett [Guitar & Vocals], Dermot Murphy [Bass Guitar], Ciaran Manning [Drums] and Brian Rossiter [Guitar]. Marc de Zoeten replaced Rossiter in 2004. THeir sounds has been described as keyboards/piano driven indie-pop. The group played regularly in the Cork area, supporting the likes of Jerry Fish & The Mudbug Club and Juno Falls.

The band is known to have recorded the track 'Get Out & Stay Out'`in 2004. However, it's not know if this ever received a formal release. There had been talk of an EP release in late 2005, however, it's not known if this ever saw the light of day.

The band split some time after this. Cian went on to join Cork indie legends The Frank & Walters. Marc would later play with The Calvinists.
