OVERVIEW Slow Motion Heroes is an indie rock supergroup from Cork. The group came together in 2008 as a 7-piece fathering together musicians from many of Cork's independent bands of the 1990s and 2000s. The original lineup included Barry McAuliffe [Vocals], Dan Breen [Guitar & Vocals], Joe Jolley [Piano & Vocals], Jean Michel Cavallo [Drums], Noel Lynch [Bass Guitar & Vocals], Antoine Madiot [Hammond Organ & Vocals] and Diarmuid Galvin [Guitar]. Diarmuid subsequently left the group. The the collective's history is largely the hardcore and rock genre, Slow Motion Heroes sound is far more melodic and mellow in nature.
