OVERVIEW Sixty Minute Silence was a Belfast-based independent rock band. The group was formed out of the ashes of previous outfit Fallout. The line up inlcuded Ben McAuley [Vocals & Guitar], John Hilditch [Bass Guitar] and Desmond Mooney [Drums]. The band is known to have performed a number of gigs including appearances in Belfast and Dublin. Sixty Minute Silence performed at Belfest 2005 and contributed the track 'Wee Birds Have Fast Hearts' to the compilation of the same name.
