LIMERICK 2013 -
OVERVIEW
Sisters was a Limerick-born, London-based group which was formed in 2013. The group featured Niall Burns [Vocals & Guitar], Aoife Power [Vocals & Bass Guitar] and Andrew Flood [Drums]. All three knew each other from school in Limerick, however, didn't come together as a band until they relocated to London. Niall had previously performed with The Vagabonds. The band was briefly known as Sleepers before becoming Sisters. The band's sound harks back to 1990s indie pop-rock.

The band is known to have released at least 2 singles. Their debut release was 'Clearhead' which was issued on Gravy Records in June 2013. The follow up single, 'Hush Hush' was released in November of the same year. The band performed as part of the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival in Dublin in October 2014. However, there is little known about the band after this period.
