OVERVIEW

Rollercoaster was a Kilkenny-based band which pre-dated Kerbdog. The band's line up featured Cormac Battle [Vocals & Guitar], Colin Fennelly [Bass Guitar] and Darragh Butler [Drums]. The trio had met in Kieran's College in Kilkenny. The band started on playing rock cover versions. By 1992, the line up had expanded to include Billy Dalton on Guitar. It was around this time, that Rollercoaster became Kerbdog. As Kerbdog, the outfit became hugely popular on the indie-rock circuit releasing two albums during its career.

After Kerbdog split in 1998, Cormac and Darragh went on to form Wilt who released two albums between 1998 - 2003. Cormac later went on to work in broadcasting, hosting shows on RTE radio. In 2011, after a lengthy absence from the scene, Darragh returned with a new band called Souls.
