OVERVIEW Rats Of The Shining Path was a Republic Of Loose side project. The band was active as long as the parent project. The band featured a line up of Mick Tierney [Vocals & Guitar], Benjamin Loose [Bass Guitar], Annie Tierney [Vocals & Guitar], Lucy Clarke [Drums] and Angus O'Riordan [Guitar]. Mick and Benjamin were members of Johnny Pyro And The Rock Coma before forming Republic Of Loose. Annie and Lucy were members of Chicks. As a departure from the styles of the aforementioned groups, Rats Of The Shining Path had a more country sound. The band is mostly known as a live performance outfit. There are no known releases from the band.
