| OVERVIEW The Plea are a rock band from Ballyliffin, Co Donegal. The group centres around brothers Denis and Dermot Doherty who have been ever-present in the band. An early line up of the group also featured Cathal Cavanagh on Bass and Seamus Devenny on Drums. However, Cavanagh and Devenny have been more recently replaced by Paul Toland Gerry Strawbridge. The band was signed by Belgian label R&S Records who brought in Cenzo Townsend to produce their debut album. Scheduled for release in September 2010, the band's debut long player, 'Modern Chaos' is to be preceeded by a series of singles. The first of these singles, 'Nothin' But Trouble' was released on 26 March 2010. In 2011, the band released further singles in the shape of 'I Am The Miracle' and 'The Odyssey'. A further single 'Oh Ah Yay' was released in April 2012.
