OVERVIEW Sinead Martin is a Dublin-based singer-songwriter. She emerged on to the scene in the early 2000s. The only known recording from this period of Sinead's career was the track 'Not Here' which appeared on the 'Songs From A Small Room' in 2001. Sinead later went on to front the band Sinead Martin & The Long Knives between about 2003 - 2005. The aforementioned track, 'Not Here' appeared on one of the band's EP. Sinead has also worked with a number of Ireland's leading artists such as Paddy Casey and Damien Rice. 2001 - Sinead contributes the track 'Not Here' to the 'Songs From A Small Room' compilation
