OVERVIEW Mugger Dave is punk-pop band based in Galway. The group was formed in January 2007 by Simon Noble [Vocals & Guitar], Seán Herriott [Bass Guitar & Backing Vocals] and Níall Curran [Drums]. Simon had been playing with another Galway band, The Mesons before releasing an album under the Roadbloc moniker. As Mugger Dave, the trio quickly set about binging its flavour of punk, pop, rock and funk to the masses. In November 2007, the band unveiled its debut EP, 'Girlie No. 1'. The band returned in 2009 with new material. First up was the release of 'Got A Lot On My Mind' as a single in June. Another single, 'Crawl Up' followed in August. Both of these singles were cuts from the bands debut album. The long player 'What's She Doing Here' was released in April 2010 2007 - Band formed [January] - Release of 'The Girlie No 1.'
