OVERVIEW Moutpiece is a garage punk band from Dublin. The group came together in about 2000 as a 3-piece, however the lineup now features Gary Keogh [Guitar & Vocals], Tommy Trousers [Bass Guitar & Vocals], Derek Bettencourt [Drums] and Michael Connerty [Guitar & Vocals]. Miechael, who joined later, had previously played with Female Hercules while Tommy had been a member of Killercrust. The band released a self-titled debut album in 2008. In 2010, the band recorded a 4-track session for the Dan Hegarty show on 2FM which was broadcast in January of the following year. The band also released the 'Black Banana' EP in 2012. Gary has also played guitar with The Sick And Indigent Song Club.
