OVERVIEW Mother Mooch is a 5-piece band from Dublin. The band's sound has been described as Psych-Rock or Heavy-Psych. The most recent line up featured Chloë Ní Dhúada [Vocals], Sid Daly [Guitar & Vocals], Eric Farrell [Guitar], Léon O'Gríoffa [Bass Guitar] and Danni Nolan [Drums]. However, previous incarnations of the band have incuded the likes of Mateusz Gwisdowski [Drums], Colm Culhane [Bass Guitar], John O’Donoghue [Bass Guitar] and Barry Hayden [Bass Guitar]. The band takes its inspiration from a broad base with likes likes of Queens Of The Stone Age, Nick Cave and Jeff Buckley being quoted as inspirations. These diverse influences can be heard in the band's music which could be described as melodic guitar-driven rock. Mother Mooch are certainly a band with an ear for a tune, possessing fine musicians and a powerful vocalist in Chloë Ní Dhúada.
