The duo spent the remaining summer months putting down some ideas they had left over from the band they had both recently left, The Vice. Over the next year their sound changed and new elements were incorporated as they both grew separately as musicians. They inlisted the help of two others, Jakob Schazmann on the drums and Nuala Kenny (Simon's 16 year old sister) on vocals. What resulted was what has been described as "a bass-heavy, Air-esque production, that at times wavers into the cosmic, and others into the classical."
