OVERVIEW Mineral is a Franco-Irish musical project fronted by former Power Of Dreams lead man, Craig Walker. Together with Thierry , Damien and Sophie, he has performed as Mineral since early 2012. Their sound could be described as indie electronica. The group signed to Alan McGee's new 359 Music label. In September 2013, the quartet released its debut single, 'Serial Monkey' on that imprint. The 7" version of the single was, interestingly, a limited run of 359 and featured a cover version of My Bloody Valentine's 'When You Sleep' on the flipside. Te debut album, 'Plastic Ekphrastic' followed in October of the same year. The band returned in 2014 wth a anew single. '1989'.
