COROFIN, CO. GALWAY DATES
OVERVIEW
Keith Mullins is a singer-songwriter from Corofin Co. Galway. He originally emerged on to the Irish music scene as lead man with Pier Nineteen. Mullins had started the group while he was still at college. Tha band released an EP, 'Knocking Two Stones' in 2003 and an album, 'At Evensong' in 2006. While the album was well received, the band members started work on individual projects in the wake of the record's release. This lead to Mullins writing a body of solo material which would eventually form the backbone of his debut solo album.

In 2009, he released his first solo single entitled 'Three Steps'. This was followed in early 2010 by 'Across The Ocean' which, in turn, preceeded the release in February that year of his debut solo album. 'The Great Atlantic' was recorded by Mullins and his musical friends in a log cabin in Tuam.
