OVERVIEW
Brendan Murphy is best known as the lead singer and songwriter with The 4 Of Us. As part of that group Brendan has known huge success since 1988, which marked the release of the band's debut single 'I Just Can't Get Enough'. The band's debut album, 'Songs For The Tempted' reached No. 1 in the Irish charts. With the release of the band's second album, 'Man Alive', the 4 Of Us earned a degree of success in the UK, with the album reaching No. 64 and the single 'She Hits Me' breaching the Top 40 at No. 35. Since then, then band has gone on to release a further 5 albums, all which have reached the Irish Top 20. The 4 Of Us will always be remembered for such classic singles as 'Mary', 'Drag My Bad Name Down' and 'Sunlight'.

In 2010, Brendan made his recorded debut solo release. In May of that year, he released 'Walk With Me' which contained 11 tracks. The album was an acoustic affair. Brendan's strong songwriting was to the fore again on tracks such as 'Wooden Box' and 'Why Should I Be Lonely'.
