GALWAY | LIMERICK 2008 -
OVERVIEW
Lost Chord is a Galway based indie-pop group. The band started out life as a solo project for Limerick-born David Phelan. However, he soon enlisted the talents of Eoin Reilly [Guitar], Darren Nestor [Bass Guitar], Yoseph Sheridan [Drums] and Aiden Mulderry [Synths]. Over the course of 2009, the band worked on writing and recording a body of material. This culminated with the release of the band's debut EP in early 2010. Entitled 'There Is No Lost Chord', the EP included tracks such as 'Cheats', 'Records Not Fear' and 'Ronald And 'Nancy'. Later that year, LOst Chord performed at the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival in Dublin.

In March 2011, the band returned with its second EP. This tie around, the EP was simply entitled 'Canada'. This was an altogether shorter affair than the debut release with just three titles.
