OVERVIEW Kopek is a hard-rock band originally known as Bloom. The group was originally formed in 2002 with a line up ofDaniel Jordan [Vocals & Guitar], Brad Kinsella [Bass Guitar] and Shane Cooney [Drums]. The band has been gradually building up a reputation over the course of the past decade. One of the key successes of the band's career came in 2005 when Kopek won the Global Battle Of The Bands competition. The victory brought with it a prize of $100,000 and a world tour The band released its debut single, 'Stop' in June 2007. A second single,, 'Morning Light' followed in October of that year. The band started to work on material for its debut album. In 2010, the band contributed the track 'Love Is Dead' to the 'Saw 3D' soundtrack. The track was later released as the band's third single. The single followed the US release of the band's debut album, 'White Collar Lies' which came in January 2011. The European release of the album followed in May 2012. The tracklisting differed slightly from the 2011 original with the inclusion of two additional tracks 'Fever' and 'Running Scared'.
