OVERVIEW Kid Icarus was a Dublin-based alternative rock band which pre-dated Kidic. The line up featured Morgan Brickely [Vocals & Guitar], Mark Greene [Guitar], Colin Meagle [Bass Guitar & Vocals] and Jonathon Lundberg [Drums]. After its formation, the band made its live debut with a performance at The Da Club in Dublin. The quartet went on to be regular performers on the Dublin live scene. Over the course of the following two years, the band made regular visits to the studio and recorded a number of tracks. In 1999, the group issued the limited release single 'Jesus 2000' which generated a lot of underground interest. Over the next two years, the band went on a self-imposed hiatus of sorts as work and education took centre stage. However, the band returned with a vengeance in late 2001. The following year saw the release of the 'Kodak Colour Moment' EP. The collections featured 'Selfless Plea', 'Last Time I Met You, I Didn't Stay Long Enough' and 'Love In The Can' as well as the title track There is little known about the band's activity for the following couple of years.
