Harry Holler is none other than Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy. The project came together during the recording of the 'Oscar The Hypno-Dog' compilation. The Hooligans were a number of the other players who contributed other tracks to the album. More specifically, The Hooligans included Conor O'Brien, Pete Routolo, Jeremy Hickey, Cathy Davey, Lisa O'Neill, Rhob Cunningham, Keith Farrell and Wayne Cuddy. The band recorded the the Neil Hannon composition, 'One Ear One Ear Down' for the album. The project is not known to have had any further activity after this period.
