The group featured Dan McLaughlin [Vocals & Guitar], Fergal Coulter [Piano, Keyboards & Backing Vocals] and Niall Honohan [Drums]. The trio played together as The Gin Devils while they were studying together at the University Of Limerick. There are no known releases from The Gin Devils. However, as Neon Flea Circus went on to release its debut album in 2010.
