OVERVIEW Gangs is a rock 'n' roll band from Tallaght. Formed in 2012, the line up features Jordan Curtis [Vocals & Bass Guitar], Dan Smith [Guitar], James Connolly [Guitar], and Jonny Halpin [Drums]. The band members grew up on a diet of The Beatles and The Blades, The LAs, The Stone Roses, The Specials and The Smiths - worthy inspirations all. When it comes to Gangs, their sound is larley straight up rock 'n' roll. The band has already achieved quite a lot in its short career to date. The band has released a string of singles including 'Down Boy', 'Crumbs In The Bed' and '2.15'. For an inexperienced group, the quartet has already hit some key milestones. The band's debut EP, 'Back To School' was produced by Brian Foley [ex-The Blades], one of the band's heroes.
