OVERVIEW Martin was born in Germany but moved to Ireland when he was 4. He grew up in Clifden, Co. Galway. In his youth, he started playing acoustic guitar. In 1994, Martin moved to Spain for a year and wrote his first songs during this period. 1999 - Release of 'A Coat For You' album [September] 2000 - Release of 'How Not To' E.P. [May] - Release of 'Cast In Old Cast Iron' album [November] 2001 - Release of 'Let It Be' album [November] 2002 - Martin Finke performs as part of the first series of Other Voices, Songs From A Room which was recorded in St. James Church in Dingle.
