DUBLIN | MAYO | MONAGHAN 2014 -
OVERVIEW
Fontaines is a punk-rock band based in Dublin, however, it's members come from across the country. The group came together in 2014 with a line up of Grian Chatten [Vocals], Conor Curley [Guitar], Carlos O'Connell [Guitar], Conor Deegan [Bass Guitar] and Tom Coll [Drums]. Josh O'Connor may also have played with the band during the early years. The band plays punk-influenced music overlayed by singer, Grian's distinctively Dublin brogue.

The group quickly became favourites on the local live scene and, in 2016, they were selected to perform at the annual Hard Working Class Heroes Festival in Dublin.

In May 2017, the group unleashed its debut single, 'Liberty Belle' on Trigger Party Records. The record was warmly received.
