| OVERVIEW Colm Fitzpatrick is a folk-singer from Cork. A classically trained guitarist, Colm was surrounded by music from an early age. He has shown a talent for crafting beautiful songs and has twice won the Cork Folk Festival Song Contest. He released his debut single, 'Simple Loving' in April 2015. The record was well received by critics and the public alike. The record was scored 4.5/5 by Pure M Magazine and described as 'a beautifully crafted acoustic guitar-driven song' in the same publication. In 2016, Colm released the 'Live At The Roundy' album. As the name suggests, the album was recorded at the Cork City venue. Later that year, Colm released his debut EP, 'If'. The 5-track collection was funded through Crowdsound.co. As a thank you to the contributors, the EP artwork was a mosaic of Colm's cat, Dali, made up of pictures of the contributors. 2015 - Release of 'Simple Loving' single [01 April] 2016 - Release of 'Live At The Roundy' album [02 May] - Release of 'If' EP [02 December] |
