2002 -

OVERVIEW El Bastardo is a hard core group from Cork. The band has been in existence since 2002, however, the lineup has been somewhat fluid. Since the start Noel Lynch [Bass Guitar & Vocals], Joe Jolley [Piano], Dan Breen [Bass Guitar], Kieran O'Neill [Drums], Kenny Cremin [Guiar], Eoin Kelleher [Drums], Bryan O'Sullivan [Bass Guitar] and Ian O'Connell [Guitar] have all performed with El Bastardo. Collectively, they can boast experience in bands such as [R]evolution Of A Sun, Hueman, Rulers Of The Planet, Mako, Hope Is Noise, Stanton's Grave and Slow Motion Heroes. In 2005, the band released 'Died At 30 Buried At 60' as a split 7" Single releases with Slomatics. Shortly later in 2006, the band started recording its debut album with Ciaran O'Shea [Cyclefly].
