OVERVIEW

Cranc was a four-piece band based in Monaghan. The group was formed in 1992 with a line up of Martin Creaney [Vocals], Dave Crave [Guitar], Ray McEntee [Bass Guitar] and Jerome Lappin [Drums]. The group recoded a demo in about 1994. The demo featured 'Eden In Your Head', 'Half A World Away' and 'The Idiot Lives'.

The band is known to have gigged regularly, particularly aroung the North-Eastern area. The band also played in Dublin including the Dublin Alternative Radio Collective Benefit gig in The Attic in November 1996.

There is very little more known about this group.
