OVERVIEW Cities is a instrumental rock band from Ennis, Co. Clare. The band formed in 2007 and features Ian Malone [Drums], Eoghan McMahon [Guitar] and Sean Hurson [Bass Guitar, Keyboards & Electronica]. They play in a kind of electro post-rock style. The band self produced their eponymously-titled debut EP which was released in November 2008. The band continued to gig regularly, including a set at the 2009 Hard Working Class Heroes Festival. In 2010 Cities released a aplit single, with Guilty Optics. 2007 - Band formed 2008 - Release of 'Cities' EP [08 November] 2009 - Cities perform as part of the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival in Dublin [16 - 18 October] 2010 - Release of 'Krakatoa' single as a split 7" release with Guilty Optics [19 November]
