OVERVIEW Cfit was originally a side project for Noel Duplaa who had been playing with Tidal District at the time. The project has since morphed into a full band including Grainne Dunne [Violin], Shane deLier [Bass Guitar], John Singleton [Guitar], Phil Staunton [Drums], Grainne McFeely [Cello] and Jennifer Roche [Vocals]. Cfit really started building momentum after Tidal District ended in early 2010. The band went on to perform at both The Electric Picnic and the Hard Working Class Heroes Festival later that year. Simultaneously, work was ongoing on a debut album. In March 2011, Cfit released its debut single 'Don't Sweat The Small Shit' which received critical acclaim. The band's first album 'Triage' followed a month later.
