OVERVIEW Carnival Moon is a musical collaboration between Elaine Kelly-Canning and Dave Scanlon. Dave, who is originally from Waterford, has played with a string of bands including Skylight, Superstar Nomads and Halves. It was during the recording of Halves' Choice Music Prize-nominated album 'It Goes, It Goes (Forever And Ever)' in Montreal that he met Toronto native Elaine. Before long, Dave emigrated to Canada and Carnival Moon was born. The group's debut EP, 'Our Little Hourglass' was released in August. The EP contained 5 beautifully sculpted tracks including 'I Am Czernbroski', 'Electronic Jeff Bridges' and 'The Laporte Family'. 2011 - Release of 'Our Little Hourglass' EP [12 August]
