OVERVIEW Cap Pas Cap was formed in 2004 when Grainne Donohue and Jamie Farrell split from their previous outfit, Estel. The pair was joined by Gavin Duffy [Guitar] and Ed Kelly [Drums]. While much of 2006 and 2007 was spent touring, the band found time to record and release a debut EP entitled, 'Not Not Is Fine'. The next output followed in 2008 with the release of a split release single with Marnie Stern. Cap Pas Cap contributed the track 'Not Not Got Made' to the 7" release. In November of the same year, the band released a second single of its own. 'We Are Men' featured the original version of the track as well as remixes by Jape and Decal. In November 2010, the band released its debut album, 'Haunted Light'. The band released the collection on cassette and vinyl only. 2004 - Band formed 2006 - Release of 'Not Not Is Fine' single [02 December] 2008 - Release of 'Not Not Got Made' single as a split release with Marnie Stern [10 June] - Release of 'We Are Men' single [28 November] 2010 - Release of 'Haunted Light' album [12 November] |
