OVERVIEW The Capitals is a 3-piece band from Howth and Sutton on Dublin's Northsdide. Formed in the Summer of 2008, the lineup features Evan Dempsey on Vocals & Bass Guitar supported by Mark Ryan on guitar and Glen Guerin on drums.
