OVERVIEW Benny Smiles is the stage name of Ross Fortune. Ross is originally from Wicklow who studied music at UCD. Over te past number of years he has built up a body of work as a composer. His work has been used in film, TV and advertising. Recently he has appeared on the scene as Benny Smiles. in August 2012, he released his debut EP, 'Sunshine / Moonlight' The 4-track collection included 'Sunday Morning' and 'Not So Far' as well as the two title tracks. Niamh Farrell of Ham Sandwich fame provided guest vocals on 'Moonlight'.
