2003 - 2006

OVERVIEW Belljar was an alternative rock band from Kildare. The group was active from 2003 to about 2006. The line up featured Forrest Covington [Vocals], Anthony Boland [Guitar], Stephen Conlan [Guitar], Gavin Elsted [Drums] and [Alan Payne [Bass Guitar]. The band played regularly during its existence and is known to have recorded some demos. However, there are no known official releases from the band. After the band split, Gavin and Stephen went on to play with the Choice Music Award winning band Super Extra Bonus Party. They would also perform together as part of We Are Losers. Gavin also went on to play with Band On An Island as well as Adult Rock which was a solo electronic project. Anthony later emerged as Avalanche Ammo. 2003 - Band formed 2006 - Band split
